Krakow is the second largest city in Poland but definitely the most beautiful. Known for its architecture and history, Krakow is rightly seeing a resurgence in tourism. Nestled deep in the Old Town, the Church of Saints sits in front of a square, lined with life-sized statues of the Apostles. As an architectural accomplishment, you don’t have to be religious to appreciate it.
Though outside the city, Auschwitz is a must-visit and not just for history buffs. The concentration camp of Auschwitz is a whole day trip.
Dominating the Old Town, this structure is the best-preserved mall in the world. At Christmas, the cloth hall is stuffed with vendors during the famous Christmas market of Krakow.
